Project is expected to be awarded on September 12, 2024 For the construction of the water and sewer utility infrastructure to service the Culver Dunes housing development project. Water Distribution Lines: The project includes over 12,000 linear feet of 8 watermain, along with 11 hydrants. The work will include 86 residential service taps (1) and 7 commercial service taps (2) extended to the right of way. 2. Sanitary Sewer Lines The project includes over 5,600 linear feet of 8 sanitary sewer, including 15 sanitary manholes. The work also includes 93 sanitary service line taps with 6 pipe extended to the right of way. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or acceptable bidders bond made payable to the Owner, in a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the highest aggregate bid, The Contractor will also need to provide a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded bid.
