Site work for a water / sewer project in Baxter, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work is in one Contract and includes the rehabilitation of existing 10-inch and 8-inch gravity sewers with approximately 6,600 linear feet rehabilitated by pipe bursting, approximately 3,100 linear feet rehabilitated by Cured In Place Pipe, replacement of existing service lateral lines and all other work on the plans and within the project specifications. Please direct questions regarding this project to the Engineer (Issuing Office) by contacting Bennett Associates at (865) 966-8943. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Question Deadline 08/22/2024 The successful bidder is required to furnish both performance and payment bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
