Set-aside: Small Businesses Only Scope: This construction project converts a MWEOC grass field and wooded area near the Helipad, referred to as M4 Helipad, to a permeable parking area with engineered soils and turf. The reinforced parking area shall include traffic lanes, a shuttle bus stop, removable bollards, and shall maximize the number of parking spaces within the confines of project limits.
