TIMELINE: The owner is seeking proposals for the provision of Professional and Technical Engineering Services for the design, preparation of quotation documents, and construction contract administration. Schedules for design, tender and construction may be confirmed fall/late 2024, pending award of contract. *Budget is unreleased.
