SRC is designing and constructing a first-of-its-kind in Canada Rare Earth Processing Facility which is the beginning of a planned rare earth element technology hub in Saskatchewan, Canada. The first phase to be built is the Monazite Processing Unit (MPU), which will process a feedstock of monazite sands and produce an intermediate concentrate of mixed rare earth carbonates. The second phase will consist of the Solvent Extraction Unit (SXU) to produce separated rare earth oxides, as the market requires. SRC requires the supply of Custom Fabricated Metalwork for both the MPU and SXU in Saskatoon, SK Canada.
