The City of Astoria is seeking qualified bidders to install new bollard lights along the Astoria Riverwalk between Bay St. and Hamburg St. Contact Jonah Dart-Mclean, Parks Director, at jdart@astoria.gov for more information. Questions regarding the project during the bid period shall be submitted to Jonah Dart-Mclean, City of Astoria via phone at (503) 298-2467 or email at jdart@astoria.or.us. The purpose of the Contract is to set forth the rights and obligations of the parties and the terms and conditions governing completion of the Work. The Contractor's obligations shall include without limitation the following: The Contractor shall furnish all Materials, Equipment, labor, transportation, and Incidentals required to complete the Work according to Plans, Specifications, and terms of the Contract. The Contractor shall perform the Work according to the lines, grades, Typical Sections, dimensions, and other details shown on the Plans, as modified by written order, or as directed by the Engineer. The Contractor shall perform all Work determined by the Engineer to be necessary to complete the Project, including Agency required changes in the Work in accordance with 00140.30. The Contractor shall contact the Engineer for any necessary clarification or interpretation of the Contract
