Renovation of a retail development in North Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
MPAC is soliciting bids for general contracting tenant improvement services to carry out tenant fit out construction for our new North Bay workplace. Location: Unit 250, 180 Shirreff Avenue, North Bay, Ontario P1B 9N8 The renovation area is approximately 2,200 square feet, on the top level of a two-story multi-tenant retail and office plaza. Access to the suite is from the rear of the building via stairs or passenger elevator. The Landlord will deliver the premise in "as-is" condition, no later than Friday, August 30th, 2024. Building permit application for the tenant's scope of work has been submitted to the City of North Bay. The Successful Respondent will commence construction no later than Monday, September 23, 2024, with substantial performance of the work complete, occupancy permit issued, no later than Friday, November 15, 2024.
