Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Innisfil, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Victoria Pond Retrofit This Contract is for the following works: - site stripping & grubbing; - topsoil stripping and stockpiling - miscellaneous removals; - surface and groundwater dewatering including erosion and sedimentation control; - earthworks, grading and off-site disposal per O.Reg 406/19 to achieve the design grades, final dimensions and configuration of the proposed SWM facility, including the SWM pond, overflow inlet channel, and overflow outlet channel; - installation of geosynthetic clay liner - minor culvert replacements - ditch clean-out and restoration - park regrading and installation of bioretention areas including restoration and plantings - placement of roundstone erosion protection at various SWM facility inlets and outlet spillway; - installation of pond outlet hickenbottom structure and outlet piping and structures; - installation and connection of storm sewer infrastructure including sewers, outlet flow control manhole, and ditch inlets; - construction of permanent access roads; - restoration of existing access roads; - completion of landscaping and site restoration throughout SWM facility. The works are to be completed in a maximum of twenty-eight (28) weeks. An eight week duration from February 17th 2025 to April 11th 2025 will be site stabilization for winter shutdown and Substantial Performance of the Work shall be achieved by May 23 2025.
