Site work for a service station / car wash facility in Bayfield, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility.

Construction of an Electric Vehicle Charging Station - Cape Jourimain, NB. Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires a charging station for electric vehicles at the visitor's parking lot of the NWA Cape Jourimain Nature Center site ("site"). The charging stations will be available to the public in a parking lot adjacent to the site's visitor center. The charging station will comprise of a single L3 charger. Basis of Selection - Lowest Evaluated Price. A maximum of one (1) contract will be awarded. Work shall start on or before September 30th, 2024, with a completion date on or before March 31st, 2025. This includes ordering the L3 charging station. Trench work or other disruptive work likely to hinder the movement of visitors to the site cannot be performed in the following period due to high traffic volume at the site: From contract award to October 15th, 2024. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related information as needed, pursuant to section 01 Integrity Provisions of Standard Instructions 2003. There is no security requirement associated with this solicitation. The estimated contract period will be 6 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/18.
