The work included in this project consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required to rehabilitate systems and process components associated with the aeration and heating areas of the plant. The required work will include replacement of buried air piping and existing slide gate and stop logs for the aeration tanks, as well as replacement of heat exchangers along with sludge/water temperature gauges and replacement of the multi-zone air handler in the Admin. Building. Also included will be the replacement of above ground fuel oil storage tanks, and three (3) boilers along with all associated controls, valves, piping and related appurtenances. All controls will be connected to the existing plant SCADA system. (Bid range $12,500,000.00 to $14,500,000.00). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contractor shall commence the work embraced in this contract within ten (10) days of the service of Notice by the County to do so and shall complete the said work within 900 consecutive calendar days computed from the date of such Notice to commence.
