Fabrication and Installation of Pergola Terra Dulce Bakery 1049 Main Street, Peekskill, NY 10566 The City of Peekskill ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified, experienced vendors to fabricate and install one 16x32 pergola with no ground disturbance to create a permanently operating 4-season outdoor space as an extension of the existing bakery utilizing approximately 428.78 square feet of vacant space at 1049 Main Street, Peekskill, NY 10566. The project will be funded through the Downtown Revitalization Fund (DRF), administered through the City of Peekskill and the NYS Office of Housing and Community Renewal (HCR), as part of Peekskill's Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI).
