Physical Access Control System (PACS) Maintenance Services The one and only site visit will be held on 08/21/24 at 8:00 AM (MST) local time at the address listed in block 15. See Section D, regarding information and reporting for site visit. Attendance at the site visit and tour is optional. Failure to attend the optional site visit will not be grounds for protest. In addition to the site visit and tour, clause 852.219-75 MUST be completed and signed for offer consideration. All questions are to be asked at the time of the site visit directly to the individual(s) conducting the site visit and tour. Any additional questions must be submitted to kevin.dempsey3va.gov no later than 3:30PM MST on 08/21/2024. An amendment with answers to questions asked, will be posted no later than no later than 08/26/2024. 08/26/2024 3:30 CST. All offers are to be submitted to thomas.parsons2va.gov no later than 3:30 PM CST on Wednesday, September 4th, 2024.
