Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Coal City, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The improvements for this project consist of shaping and grading ditch along McArdle Road. Bid Location Chamlin & Associates, Inc., 221 W. Washington St., Morris, IL 60450 The Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the bid. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding The improvements for this project consist of shaping and grading ditch along McArdle Road as shown on the attached plans and described as follows: o Installation of 1,310 feet of 15" storm sewer from the Claypool Ditch to the west to improve drainage in this area. o Grading approximately 560 feet of the northside ditch of McArdle Road from Jugtown Road to the east to improve drainage in this area. This will include earthwork, driveway removal and replacement, driveway culvert removal and replacement, and surface restoration.
