Replace aging restroom finishes and fixtures at the Career Center in Ashland, Kentucky, along with a renovation to the existing space to include new floor and wall finishes and new lighting. Demo existing restroom facilities and associated architectural and MEP systems, and replace them with new fixtures, finishes and systems as indicated in the contract documents. Demolish front deteriorating concrete stair. Install new concrete stairs and handrails at front entrance. Plumbing upgrades include replacing all plumbing in stacked restrooms. Electrical upgrades include replacing all lighting. Mechanical upgrades include updating ventilation to restrooms.
