PLEASE NOTE: The estimated value listed for this project is for searchability purposes only and does not reflect the actual construction budget as determined by the owner. It should not be used for estimation purposes at this time. The Project includes the following Work: Improvements to Altoona's existing wastewater treatment lagoon, including replacing one baffle curtain and supports, disposal of another baffle curtain and supports, replacing (3) 5-HP floating aerators, (1) 1-HP floating aerator, and upgrades to secondary treatment. Additive alternate: demolishing and installing a new lift station on their current site. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best and most responsible bidder. All bidders must comply with requirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State of Alabama and be certified for the type of work on which the proposal is submitted. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
