Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Center Junction, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Demolition and cleanup activities of a nuisance at 10516 Main St., Center Junction, briefly described as O.T. Lot 8 & W 34' Lot 9, Blk 13 in Section 4 of Madison Township (tax parcel 11-04-181-006). The work to be performed will include demolition and removal of the structures along with trees and brush on the property, backfill of all excavations or other depressions, grading and reseeding of the property. All bidders must possess a valid Iowa Contractor's license, commercial/contractors liability insurance, and workers' compensation insurance. Bids shall include all labor and materials to complete the project. Proof of current contractor's liability and workers compensation insurance shall accompany the bid. The Jones County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.
