Placement of offsite topsoil, about 12 cubic yards. Excavation of Class 10, Class 12, or Class 13, totaling 34 cubic yards. Granular stabilization with about 44 tons of material. Installation of 4-inch PVC subdrain, approximately 140 linear feet. Subdrain outlet and connections, 2 each. Removal of existing sidewalk, about 65 square yards. Construction of 5-inch thick P.C. concrete sidewalk, covering 121 square yards. Temporary traffic control during construction. Construction survey and mobilization. All work shall comply with the Iowa SUDAS Standard Specifications 2025 Edition plus current supplemental specifications.
