Site work and paving for a road / highway in Colstrip, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Description: The project consists of: Repairing the roadway surfacesthat were included in the PASER study and rated between 7-10 by crack sealing cracks along the road surface. The estimated quantity of crack seal is approximately 50,000 LF of crack seal. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Colstrip in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidder(s) shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Contractors and any of Contractor's subcontractors bidding or doing work on this project will be required to be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI).
