Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Twisp, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.

Design and Installation of 50.43 kW DC PV roof mounted system with 125kW/880kWhs Contractor to install a 50.43 kW DC photovoltaic system on metal standing seam roof with flush mount racking and a ballasted system on a TPO membrane roof AC coupled in an AC aggregation panel with a 125kW/880kwhs BESS with an isolation transformer and existing 150kVA generator. BESS to be located on a concrete pad on adjacent parking lot where BESS output circuits are underground via directional boring or 175 ft of trenching to main electrical room in the NE corner of the Town Hall Building. The output of the AC aggregation panel will connect to the utility via a grid isolation device and the MDP. Owner's Rep, MZ Solar Consulting, will assist in preliminary design, bidding and contractor selection, utility and AHJ coordination, and managing the installation of this PV + BESS system. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Town of Twisp. The successful bidder will be required to pay prevailing wages for the work to be performed. The project is being funded through the Washington State Department of Commerce Community Decarbonization 2024 Grant.
