CONTRACTOR shall review all documents, specifications, plans and scope of work provided by Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department for work to be completed. Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required to comply with the intent of the WORK described in the contract documents. In accordance with the County's Green Procurement Preferences, construction and demolition debris shall be reused or recycled, to the fullest extent practical. Per sustainability requirements it will be a requirement for the construction. For the Amelia Earhart Park Location: The Contractor shall provide ADA improvements to park administration building and six (6) restrooms at Amelia Park. The scope of work includes but it is not limited to providing one ADA accessible stall in each restroom, removal, repair and/or replacement of asphalt and concrete pavement, removal, replacement and/or relocation of plumbing and bathroom accessories, repair and modification of existing millwork, and other miscellaneous improvements.
