Renovation of a municipal facility in Scotts Hill, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Replacing a Floor at the Helms Building The City of Scotts Hill is accepting sealed bids for replacing a floor at the Helms Building located behind City Hall. For more information, contact City Hall or Mayor Woody Capley at 731-206-0573. Project scope is to demolish the existing tile and particle board flooring, inspect and repair damaged floor joist framing and replace flooring with 25/32 Sturdi-floor or equivalent in the former Helms building located at 80 Doc Woody Place, Scotts Hill Tn 38374. The interior dimensions of the area to be repaired are 60'6" x 33'8". Building contents will be relocated prior to beginning of project. Contractor is responsible for all aspects of the demolition, materials, repairs, removal and disposal of debris.
