Site work for a civil project in Yatesville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
The Project consists of: Replacement of an existing storm pipe and inlet with approximately 95 feet of 38"x60" horizontal elliptical concrete pipe, concrete headwall and wingwalls and inlet and restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Question Deadline 09/19/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Deadline to submit Questions Online. A pre-bid conference will be not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the amount of the liability under the contract. Contractors must also establish a 6.9% goal for female participation and a 0.6% goal for minority participation in the aggregate on-site construction work force for contracts in excess of $10,000 as per the notice of requirement for affirmative action as contained in the contract documents.
