The Project consists of: Construction of approximately 172 feet of storm sewer piping, inlets and associated pavement and restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the amount of the liability under the contract. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wages.
