Sources Sought Pipe Reline at Clinton Lake Project INTRODUCTION The Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for construction services to re-line 24-inch low flow pipe between stilling basin wall and pumping plant, replace 24 inch knife valve, and knife valve floor stand at Clinton Dam and Reservoir, Lawrence, Kansas. The process for lining this project will be utilizing spray-in-place pipe.
