Renovation of a mixed-use development in Baltimore, Maryland. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Cancellation Description NCO 5 Contracting Office is CancelingRFQ36C24524Q0801, it was determined that the Condensing Unit can be replaced and installed. Through an existingPreventive and Service Maintenance Kitchen contract for the Baltimore VA Medical Center. This Contract is for the preventative maintenance and service maintenance to kitchen equipment located in three 3 facilities. Including the Baltimore VA Medical Center. Contractor will provide labor, materials, and equipment to make repairs on the Main Kitchen Walk-in Freezer. This will include one (1) Bohn condensing unit Model BDT0900L6D and (1) Bohn Evaporator Coil Model BEM0475BS6EMAB0405, replacing all wiring circuit/switches associated with the walk-in boxes, install new refrigeration copper lines, complete systems startup, and make all required adjustments. Failure to replace these units will have a direct impact in providing food delivery services for our veterans. QUESTIONS All questions emailed to billie.pratt@va.gov .
