Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Baltimore, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Baltimore Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals from a qualified and experienced consultant, or consultant team, to provide professional services for the preliminary design of the Cherry Hill Trail segment of the Patapsco Regional Greenway In 2016 the Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Group of the BRTB established a goal to identify a continuous greenway through the Patapsco Valley from the Inner Harbor in Baltimore City to Sykesville in Carroll County. BMC is leading the effort to develop 30% design plans for individual segments of the PRG. The 1.7-mile PRG: Cherry Hill segment is located entirely in Baltimore City and extends from the planned MDOT MTA Patapsco Avenue Pedestrian and Bicycle Bridge (referred to as the Cherry Hill Bridge in the PRG Plan) south of Round Road to the existing trailhead #9 of the Gwynns Falls Trail/Middle Branch Trail near the intersection of S Hanover Street and Reedbird Avenue.
