Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
The work in the Shumiatcher room located in the basement of the Conexus Arts Centre consists of dismantling and removing the existing lighting grid along with all supporting structures, and removing existing electrical installations The next phase involves the installation of new systems. This includes installing new structural elements in accordance with the structural tender drawings, constructing a new lighting support grid, and installing new electrical components as specified. Additionally, asbestos remediation will be conducted in areas where new structural anchors are to be installed. The goal of this project is to modernize the facility's infrastructure, ensuring compliance with current standards and enhancing overall functionality. Construction must be completed between December 16, 2024, and February 15, 2025. Tenders will be evaluated based on the information contained in the tender documents. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
