Site work and paving for a civil project in Aransas Pass, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The awarded Respondent will be required to perform development services as needed depending on scope of project at hand. The city anticipates a contracted Scope of Work which will include but not limited to: reviewing and inspecting development projects, phytoremediation, creating water/wastewater/street improvements, having transportation/environmental/electrical/chemical/ mechanical engineers, certified floodplain managers, and any other development needs a city requires. However, the city reserves the right to include additional project elements in the initial or subsequent professional services agreements as the city may (in its sole discretion) deem appropriate. The selected multi-faceted firm will be required to retain and be responsible for all discipline reviews as appropriate for the Scope of Work negotiated. Services: Review of plans to City or State regulations, meetings with staff and/or project engineers to clarify changes or answer questions, review comments and meetings.
