New Acoustic Panels for Woods Lake Elementary School Cafe Project Description: The installation of acoustic wall panels in the cafeteria. As required by State Law, all bids shall be accompanied by the following disclosure statements: Familial Disclosure Statement and Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit. As required by State Law, all bids shall be accompanied with bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or money order. A pre-bid meeting is not planned for this project. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept those bids, alternates, or proposals that, in their judgment, serve the District's best interests. Contractor may begin work on-site as soon as possible. The work must be completed during winter break Dec. 23, 2024 - Jan. 3, 2025.
