The Project includes a complete turn-key installation. The City estimates the cost of improvements at $225,000. This is a Public Works Contract and is subject to State Prevailing Wage. The contractor shall comply with all provisions required by State ORS 279C.800through ORS 279C.870 relating to the payment of prevailing wage rates for work performed. Prevailing Wage publications applicable to this contract are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon dated July 5, 2024, and current amendments. No Proposal will be considered from a General Contractor to whom a proposal form has not been issued by the City of Redmond to registered bidders from online. Prospective bidders are solely responsible for checking the website(s) to determine if any addenda have been issued. The City may reject bids not incompliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures or other applicable law and may reject any or all bids when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City, and at no cost to the City. Prices quoted shall be firm offers, irrevocable, valid, and binding after the closing date.
