City of Redmond is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors who can On Call Drywall Repair and Painting required by various departments within the City of Redmond. The selected vendor(s) will enter into contract to fulfill citywide needs, thereby eliminating the need for individual departments to contract separately. This initiative is expected to improve service delivery, foster consistency, and achieve better value for the City. Proposal(s) shall be clearly marked on the email subject line with Project Title and Company name. Closing time is determined by when the email is received by the City's email system, not sent by the proposer. . Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. . There will be no formal opening. The Project includes the labor and materials to perform Drywall Repair and Painting on an on-call basis required by various departments within the City of Redmond. For additional information regarding this Request for Proposal, please contact Scott Brang by email at scott.brang@redmondoregon.gov. The City may reject proposals not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures or other applicable law and may reject any or all proposals when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City, and at no cost to the City. Prices quoted shall be firm offers, irrevocable, valid, and binding after the closing date.
