The City currently monitors approximately 7,500 residential irrigation backflow devices, with an anticipated annual growth rate of 3- 5%. City of Redmond Public Works Water Division is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified and experienced backflow testing contractors (Contractor) to provide annual backflow assembly testing for the Cross-Connection Control Program in compliance with OAR 333-061-0070 (Project).
