Request for Proposals (RFP) Well and Booster Pump Maintenance & Repair Services (On-call) The City of Redmond (City) is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified companies to provide preventative, routine, correctiveand emergency maintenance services on the Public Works,Water Division's well and booster pump facilities (Project). TheContractor must be able to respond to emergency repairs within 24 hours and within 48 hours for non-emergency repairs. The work includes, but is notlimited to, all labor and equipment to repair, replace, adjust, and maintain pumps and related mechanical systems; inspection;testing; and emergency response.The selected Contractor(s) must also be able to supply all parts that are associated with proper pump operation and performance to include actuators,valves and pump motors. No amount of work is guaranteed due to the on-call nature of this work. o The subject line of the email shall state "Well and Booster Pump Maintenance & RepairServices (On-call)" and the Company Name. o Maximum size of file that can bereceived is 20MB. o Closing time is determined by when the email is received by the City's email system, not sent by the Proposer. o Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered.
