2025 Crack Seal Maintenance, Project The first-tier subcontractor list is required to be submitted by 4:00 PM, same day.(Note: The first-tier subcontractor list may also be submitted with the sealed bid at the Contractor's preference). Bids shall be clearly labeled: City of Redmond, 2025Crack Seal Maintenance Project. No pre-bid meeting will be held. This is a Public Works Contract and subject to the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI)Wage Rates, Scope of Work: The 2025 Crack Seal Maintenance Project is part of the City's Street Preservation Program. The Project consists of crack sealing approximately 12 (twelve) miles and 60 (sixty)pallets of material. Any unused product must be returned to the City. The crack seal will be applied at various locations throughout the City street system. The Project also includes public notification, traffic control, and other work necessary to complete the Project. The City estimates the cost of improvements at $248,395. All workmanship, materials, and conditions shall conform to applicable construction codes, issued addendums, Special Provisions, Redmond Standards & Specifications 2024, and any Supplementary Conditions.
