**As of April 7, 2025, project was awarded to Taylor Northwest, awarded amount is $1,851,975.55 . Scope of Work The NW Cedar and Birch Improvements (Project)includes replacing an aging steel water main to improve resiliency to the City water system on NWCedar Avenue and NW Birch Avenue between NW 6th Streetand NW 10th Street. The Project also includes the installation and replacement of sidewalks, ADA ramps and some driveways along NW Cedar Avenue and NW Birch Avenue. Construction is anticipated to occur entirely within the existing public right-of-way. The City estimates the cost of improvements at $1,981,700. Allwork manship, materials, and conditions shall conform to applicable construction codes, Specifications included on plans, any special provisions included inthese documents, issued addendums, the General Conditions, Special Provisions, Redmond Standards &Specifications 2024 and any Supplementary Conditions. No pre-bid meetingwill be held. This is a Public Works Contractand subject to the Oregon Bureauof Labor and Industries (BOLI)Wage Rates, dated January 5,2025, and amendments forregion 10 as defined under ORS279C.800 to 279C.870.
