Scope of Work The NW Cedar and Birch Improvements (Project)includes replacing an aging steel water main to improve resiliency to the City water system on NWCedar Avenue and NW Birch Avenue between NW 6th Streetand NW 10th Street. The Project also includes the installation and replacement of sidewalks, ADA ramps and some driveways along NW Cedar Avenue and NW Birch Avenue. Construction is anticipated to occur entirely within the existing public right-of-way. The City estimates the cost of improvements at $1,981,700.
