The City of Redmond is requesting sealed Bids for the construction of the Badger & Canal Roundabout - Project #TR2304 (Project) The first-tien subcontractor list is required to be submitted by 4:00 PM, same day via email the Issuing Officer or a hard copy to the City Recorder's Office. (Note: The first-tier subcontractor list may also be submitted with the sealed Bid at the Contractor's preference). Scope of Work This Project will be constructing a single lane roundabout (RAB) at the intersection of Badger Avenue and Canal Boulevard. The estimated construction will take 12 (twelve) weeks and will take place the summer of 2025 (no school in session). During construction Canal Blvd. will be open and traffic on Badger Ave. will be detoured. The RAB has already been designed this is for construction only. The estimated project cost is $2.7 million. All workmanship, materials, and conditions shall conform to applicable construction codes, Specifications included on plans, any Special Provisions included in these documents, issued addendums, the General Conditions, Special Provisions, Redmond Standards & Specifications 2024 and any Supplementary Conditions. This is a Public Works Contract and subject to the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) Prevailing Wage Rates Effective January 5, 2025, for Region 10 and Amendments. No pre-bid meeting will be held. No bid will be accepted by a General Contractor who is not registered with PremierBx.
