The Redmond Proficiency Academy (RPA) requests proposals from experienced Construction Managers/General Contractors to assist in the design and construction of the planned middle school addition located in Redmond, Oregon. It is the intent of RPA to enter into a contract with the selected Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) which will include a Fixed Fee and a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the entire scope of the work. CM/GC's responding to this request will be evaluated based upon their qualifications, prior experience, proposed schedule and plan for completing the work, associated fees, and other relevant factors. The project will include the design and construction of a new middle school addition and the development of all required on and off-site improvements to accommodate local codes and RPA program requirements. RPA may interview one or more of the top finalists. Interviews are tentatively scheduled for April 1, 2025.
