Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Redmond, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Silvies River Charter School is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for the remodel of Redmond School, formerly the Bank of America building. This project aims to enhance learning environments, improve infrastructure, and ensure compliance with all safety and accessibility standards. The remodel will include but is not limited to: Interior renovations (classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways) HVAC, electrical, and plumbing upgrades Exterior improvements (removal of awnings, removal of exterior rock, stucco additions, create courtyard, landscaping) Safety and security enhancements ADA compliance modifications Electrical upgrades Painting IT and technology infrastructure upgrades to include but not limited to cameras on courtyard and entrances For any inquiries, please contact Matthew Hawley at 541-493-2641 or mhawley@craneedu.org.
