Sealed Bids for the construction of the Well 9 Pumphouse Project The scope includes construction of a 1,044 square foot pumphouse building and associated appurtenances, connection to a previously drilled municipal drinking water well, installation of a 16-inch watermain distribution system and associated appurtenances ,installation of a 29-stall asphalt parking lot and public restroom, storm facility improvements ,fencing, security equipment, and all associated improvements, and demolition of an existing 480square foot shed. The City estimates the cost of improvements at approximately $6,000,000. The Project will be funded by the Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) Community Grants, administered through Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. The Project is subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.800through 279C.870 and the Federal Davis Bacon Act, the higher of the two prevailing wages will be required to be paid.
