Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Redmond, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Northpoint Vista Infrastructure Improvement Project #ND2001 (Project), consists of public infrastructure Improvements along NE Kingwood Avenue, NE 15th Street, NE 13th Street, NE 17th Street from NE Larch Avenue to Maple Avenue, Maple Avenue, and NE Larch Avenue. The Improvements include, but are not limited to, local and collector roadway improvements, sidewalks, driveways, multiuse paths, a raised concrete pedestrian crossing, 8-inch diameter water line and services, 8-inch and 12-inch diameter sewer main and services, 3-inch diameter pressure sewer, storm facilities, and all associated Improvements. An alternate scope of work is included for new infrastructure improvements along proposed NE 17th Street, south of the proposed NE Larch Street to NE Kingwood Avenue. This scope of work may be awarded by the City, as funding is available. The alternate scope of work is estimated at $425,000. Bid date description: The first-tier subcontractor list is required to be submitted by 4:00 PM, same day. (Note: The first-tier subcontractor list may also be submitted with the sealed bid at the Contractor's preference).
