The Work Consists of Pavement Repairs to John Tuck Elementary School Paved Service and Playground Areas. Scope of Work Includes Saw Cutting, Excavation, Grading, Pavement / Base Removal & Haul Off, Aggregate Base, Paving, Patching, Crack Seal, and Striping. The Following Deadlines and Restrictions Are Applicable to the Project: Project Start Date June 30, 2025. Contract Must Meet a Substantial Completion Date of August 15, 2025. All Bids Must Be Submitted on the Bid Forms Furnished to the Bidders. Each Bid Shall Be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope and Plainly Marked "Redmond School District - Parking Lot and Paving Improvement Project" and Show the Name and Business Address of the Bidder. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by an Unconditional Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Surety Bond of the Bidder in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%). Unsuccessful Bidders Will Have Their Security Refunded to Them When the Contract Has Been Awarded. To Be Considered, Such Objections or Comments Must Be Received at Least Seven (7) Calendar Days Before the Bid Closing Date. This Contract is for a Public Work Subject to Ors 279c.800 to 279c.870 (the Oregon Prevailing Wage Rate Law). Boli Wage Rates Will Be Applicable to This Project. The Wage Rates Are Included in the Bid Documents Which Are Available as Noted Above. No Bid for a Construction Contract Shall Be Received or Considered by the Public Contracting Agency Unless the Bidder is Licensed by the Construction Contractors Board of the State ofOregon as Required by Ors 701.035 and 701.055. Each Bid Must Identify Whether the Bidder is an Oregon ResidentBidder, as Defined in Ors 279a.120. Bidder's Attention is Directed to Compliance With Ors 279c.370 Regarding Submission of the First-tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form. If the Contract Amount Exceeds $100,000.00, the Firsttier Subcontractor Disclosure Form Will Be Required and May Be Submitted Either With the Bid or Within Two (2) Hours After the Bid Closing Time and Date at the Bid Site Address.
