The work consists of installing two pre-finished shipping containers, stacked one on top of the other, to serve as a permanent concession stand at the ball field. The interior of both containers is already completed, requiring only structural work, utility connections, and exterior modifications to make the unit fully functional and code compliant. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and applicable building codes. Each bid must be accompanied by an unconditional cashier's check, certified check or surety bond of the bidder in the amount of ten percent (10%). Unsuccessful bidders will have their security refunded to them when the contract has been awarded.
