NAICS CODE: 238220 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE: $19.0 Million Magnitude of VA Project: Less than $25,000 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: 589A5-24-500SL, Boiler 2 Tube Leak Repair The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to locate and make proper repairs to the boiler 2 tube leaks in building 40. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment. Provide all materials and perform work as required by the attached drawings and specifications for Proj. 589A5-24-500SL B at the Topeka, KS VA Medical Center. Period of performance 14 days.
