The first phase involves work to expanding the settling basin at the waste snow disposal site at 2950 Chemin Du Tremblay. The work to be carried out includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Construction of a settling basin; - The storm water pipe connections (+-90m); - Installation of a flow regulator; - Decommissioning of existing effluent pipes and structures; - The construction of access roads for the circulation of machinery in the settling basins for their maintenance; - Development of embankments along the site; - Restoration of surfaces and restoration of the site. The second phase concerns work to divert effluent from the decantation basin on the same site. The work to be carried out includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Construction of a storm sewer network to divert effluent from the site's basin (+- 600m); - Relocation of the flow regulator installed in phase 1; - Decommissioning the existing effluent pipes; - Reconstruction of the foundation and paving at the site entrance; - Reconstruction and restoration of the site to its original state.
