Chipping of a brush pile located at the Town of Derry Transfer Station - 50 Transfer Lane, Derry, NH. The contractor will be responsible for loading the loose brush into their chipper and processing it into a suitable sized chipped product. The contractor will charge the Town on an hourly basis for this service. The contractor will be given the option to provide pricing to remove the chipped product offsite. Otherwise, Town personnel will remove the wood chips at their convenience. The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment and labor to chip 6" minus brush generated by Town residents at the Transfer Station. All other days are not permitted due to customers being on site. All work shall be completed by November 24, 2024. The Town of Derry seeks to process the pile to the greatest extent possible in this calendar year. The Town of Derry will guarantee at least 50 hours of work and will seek to extend as necessary to remove the pile. There are no extra charges for mobilization and/or demobilization.
