Site work for a water / sewer project in Schaumburg, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Question Submission Deadline: September 5, 2024, 5:00pm The work will consist of approximately 12,263 LF of sewer cleaning, televising, and lining (8"-18" diameter), one (1) point repair, air testing and grouting of sixty-five (65) service connections, cleaning & televising of 108 laterals, dye testing of 19 residences, reinstatement of 165 laterals, 108 CIPP lateral lining installations in various sizes, restoration and other related and incidental work The Village of Schaumburg reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any technicalities, discrepancies, or information in the bids. The Village of Schaumburg does not discriminate in admission, access to, treatment, or employment in its programs and activities. Construction is scheduled to begin upon the proper execution of the contract documents, which includes the submission of insurance and bonds. The substantial completion for the project shall be on or before 180 calendar days. The final completion for all other ancillary work, including landscaping restoration or plantings, not including, any additional work, shall be completed and ready for final acceptance and payment on or before 210 calendar days.
