Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to construct a small parking lot with ADA accessible parking and walking paths to (2) existing tennis courts. Existing court paving and fencing will be repaired and or replaced Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. This project is funded in part by PA DCNR. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. Wright Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days. Question Deadline 08/21/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Questions may be submitted through online Responses will be provided via online Notice of Award: September 9, 2024 Notice to Proceed: September 12, 2024 Construction Commencement: September 17, 2024 Substantial Completion: November 25, 2024 Final Completion: May 15, 2025 Estimated Contract Value: Bidders shall make their own determination of project value.
