Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

As of April 8, 2026, all bids have been rejected. The work comprises all exterior and interior construction for the proposed building including all aspects of general and building construction, electrical construction, mechanical construction, plumbing construction, workmanship and all appurtenances for a complete job and in accordance with these Contract Documents and the plans . Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, negotiable U. S. Government Bonds (at par value) or approved Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the total Bid Price, payable to Fairview Township, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, shall promptly obtain the required bonds and insurance and shall prepare the required submittal documents and execute the Agreement. All Bids shall remain irrevocable for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of Bid opening, or as allowed by law. The successful Bidder will be required to post a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of the Bid price. Bids shall be submitted upon forms furnished by Fairview Township. Fairview Township reserves the right after opening bids to reject any part of or all bids and to waive any formalities, technical defects or irregularities in a bid.
