Bids must include a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10%. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract. PA Prevailing Wage applies. MAJSA reserves the right to reject Bids or waive informalities. Substantial completion within 90 calendar days from date of the "Notice to Proceed".
