Bids will be received by Mountaintop Area Joint Sanitary Authority, 290 Morio Drive, Mountain Top, PA 18707, for the GLEN SUMMIT COLLECTION SYSTEM ABANDONMENT PROJECT. Bids must include a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10%. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract. PA Prevailing Wage applies. MAJSA reserves the right to reject Bids or waive informalities. Substantial completion within 90 calendar days from date of the "Notice to Proceed". Question Deadline 12/05/2025 at 5:00 PM ET: Prospective bidders must examine the Contract Documents carefully and before bidding, must request the Owner's Engineer in writing via online Questions tab for any interpretation or correction, of every apparent ambiguity, inconsistency, or error therein.
