Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Rockville Centre, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Pursuant to and in compliance with your Notice to Bidders and the Information to Bidders relating thereto, we hereby offer to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and other facilities necessary for the Sewer Pump House Building Generator / Electric Upgrades and Interior Alterations at 1 Marlborough Court, Rockville Centre, New York as required by and in strict accordance with plans/specifications by the Village of Rockville Centre (RVC), the NYS Building Code, and NYS Electrical Code. The following construction must take place: o The contractor is to verify all existing conditions prior to construction. o The contractor is to perform all structural work as indicated on the enclosed plans and specifications to include but not limited to: o Selective structural demolition of existing masonry walls, concrete floors, windows, and doors. o Build interior CMU walls, fill in existing window openings with CMU and brick. o Floor hatch doors, interior steel doors, exterior steel door. o Steel beam and electric hoist. o Exterior concrete slabs for generator and loading dock. o Exterior fence, gate, plants. o Interior electrical work to include panel board, distribution, lights, switches, etc. o Back-up generator with transfer switch, and full hook up to building. o Contractor to repair any damaged walls, ceilings partitions etc. as necessary. o Epoxy floor finish, and paint color are to be selected by Village. o The contractor shall be responsible for the removal, hauling and disposal of all existing material being removed. (No separate pay item) (N.S.P.I.) o Contractor to provide $100,000 contingency for any unforeseen items. o All plumbing is to be done by a Village licensed plumber. o All electric work is to be done by a Village licensed electrician. o Contractor to provide electric underwriters at job completion. o The contractor is to provide a "schedule of values" prior to the start of construction. o Contractor shall submit all payments in "AIA" format. o All original payment requests are to be addressed to 1 College Place, Rockville Centre, NY 11570 Attn: Accounting Department o Contractor to file for Permit with Building Department. All fees to be waived Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check or bid bond payable to the Incorporated Village of Rockville Centre in the amount of five (5%) percent of the gross amount of the bid.
